A tailor-made operation carried out from the Fos port terminal for the transport of an industrial steel component nearly 5 meters in diameter.

Ecotra Logistics recently coordinated an import operation involving three 20’ Flat containers from North America. A comprehensive service including port reception, unstuffing, reloading onto a low-bed trailer, and final delivery in the Rhône-Alpes region.

This week, ECOTRA highlights its Fos and Marseille sites — two strategic locations at the core of our handling, stuffing/stripping, storage, and heavy or out-of-gauge cargo operations.

As part of the continuous optimisation of its logistics infrastructure, ECOTRA Logistics has recently equipped its handling trucks with new spears at its Fos-sur-Mer site, in order to respond more effectively to its clients’ operational needs. These attachments are adapted for lifting and handling heavy loads.

Present at our logistics sites in Marseille and Fos-sur-Mer and mobilised on a daily basis, our reach stackers play a key role in heavy handling operations. With a lifting capacity of up to 44 tonnes, they support our teams 7 days a week to ensure smooth, secure and fully controlled logistics flows.

As part of an import operation, ECOTRA LOGISTICS handled the complete management of pallets of bottled juice, from the container’s arrival at the port of Marseille through to their re-shipment to Italy, relying on the field expertise of its teams and the capabilities of its MSM logistics site.
